prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars and do not include GST and
can be subject to change without notice.

telephone on 03) 8794 9480.
After receiving your order, we will forward an invoice/receipt to you within 24 hours to confirm
your order details.
As our candles are made-to-order, please allow 5 – 7 working days for
your order to be dispatched.

your convenience, we accept payment via Visa/Mastercard
(Processed by secure Westpac Bank merchant facility),
Direct
Deposit, Paypal, or Money Order.
Postage & Handling – Australian Orders
A postage and handling fee will apply
for all orders delivered within Australia
(unless pickup is nominated). We use standard Australia Post parcel rates based on the
total weight of your order. The following postage charges Apply to Australian Address Only.
Postage for orders up to 500g - $8.90 (Australia Only)
Postage for orders
500g - 3Kg - $12.90 (Australia Only)
Postage for orders 3kg - 5 Kg - $19.90 (Australia Only)
Postage for orders above 5kg will vary. If
you intend to purchase large quantities,
please contact us prior to your purchase with your order details and delivery
address to
receive a postage quote. (Australia Only)
International Shipping
We
would be delighted to ship our products outside of Australia, however, you will
need to contact us using sales@soydeliteful.com.au to obtain the correct shipping
& currency amounts/quotes.
Return Policy
Every care is
taken to ensure your order is packed for secure delivery, however,
we accept no responsibility for any mishandling by
Australia Post which may
cause damage to your order whilst in transit.
We will gladly
accept product returns for faulty items. All faulty item & missing item
claims must be made within
5 days of receipt of your order. Contact should be made
with us immediately when faulty items are received.
